Wet Seal merchandise can only be purchased on the website www.wetseal.com. We currently do not operate any physical stores.
No, promotions/coupons cannot be combined. We want you to have the best promotions for your order, however, they are not combinable.
- If the order has not been shipped yet: Please make sure to double check your address before placing the order. Once an order has been placed, it is often not possible for us to change the delivery address, but we will do our best to help you. Please have your order number available and contact us ([email protected]) immediately.
- If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to change the address and you will have to contact the carrier.
You may update your Wet Seal address book by logging into "MY ACCOUNT" located at the top of the page. Log in using your username and password and selecting 'address book' from where you can add, remove and update your addresses.
If you have already placed an order, any changes will not reflect in any confirmed orders.
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive an out-of-stock email notification and the item will be removed from your order. Please note that you will not be charged for any out of stock items. You will only be charged for items that will be shipped.
I've placed an order online and it looked as though it was processed, yet I haven't received a confirmation email.
We always send a purchase confirmation email after your order has been placed. If our email address is not in your address book, it may have been classified as spam mail, so please make sure to check your spam folder. It is also worth checking that your email address had been entered correctly while placing the order.
Usually our confirmation emails are sent within a few minutes of an order being placed. However, when our site is very busy, you may have to wait a little bit longer before you receive your email. If your email does not arrive within 15 minutes of placing the order, please contact us via chat on website or email at [email protected]. Make sure to have your billing name available.
Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your order status page. You can follow the status of your order by using the tracking ID on the order status page. You can also see the order status by logging into your account, going to ‘My Orders’ section and then clicking on your order number. The order tracking link is included along with the product details. If you haven’t received any emails for us, please ensure your email is correct and check your spam mail. If you want to check on orders placed before 5th of December, please follow these steps:
- Log into "MY ACCOUNT" located at the top of the page and click to "VIEW OLD ORDERS". Click on the Order # to find Order status.
- Confirmation is sent via email, based on the valid email address provided to us.
- If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter, or contact us at [email protected]. Make sure to have your billing name available.
Confirmation emails are usually sent a few minutes after an order has been placed. However, there are times when there are delays. Please make sure your email address is correct and check your spam mail. If your email does not arrive within 15 minutes of placing the order, please have your billing name ready and contact us via chat on website or email at [email protected] To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to "MY ACCOUNT" to verify your order has been placed before resubmitting your order.
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, any changes you wish to make on your order will need to be reported as soon as possible. Make sure to have your order number available and contact us via chat on website or email at [email protected]. Once the order has been processed for shipping, we will be unable to cancel or make changes to your order.
Please allow up to one business day (excluding weekends, U.S. holidays, and big sale days) to process your order.

- Only standard delivery is available.
- It may take more than 7 business days to deliver to remote locations in the U.S.
- Due to the high volume of orders during holiday seasons and big sales, you may experience extended processing time - up to 7 business days.
- Orders placed after 12 pm PST on Fridays through Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 2~6 days. USPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends.

Although we aim to process and ship your order within the standard delivery times, delivery dates are not guaranteed. During busy sale periods or severe weather conditions, deliveries may take longer.
The delivery times may be 7 or more business days if your address is in a very remote location or is being delivered to Canada.

Wet Seal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when a delivery notice has been received from the carrier.
Wet Seal is not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
The old gift cards of Wet Seal are no longer valid on www.wetseal.com since the old Wet Seal shut down and filed for bankruptcy on February 2, 2017. On March 8, 2017, Wet Seal IP Holdings, LLC (“New Wet Seal”) purchased the trademarks and other intellectual property assets associated with the Wet Seal brand from Old Wet Seal.
We are in no way affiliated with old Wet Seal. For this reason, we are unable to directly resolve any issues relating to purchases made before March 8, 2017.
