Online Return Policy

Holiday Returns: Returns for purchases made between 11/01/15 and 12/24/15 will be accepted through 01/16/16.

We want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase.  Wet Seal accepts returns with 30 days of shipment (or date of purchase for stores).  Please note the following for all returns:

  • Items purchased while using the Buy One Get One "BOGO" promotion must be returned together to receive full purchase value.  Items returned separately will be refunded equally between the items.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags intact.
  • All lingerie (intimates), swimwear, jewelry, and clearance purchases are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Online purchases can be returned by mail or in store.
  • A Return Authorization Number is required to return online purchases by mail (written on outside of package).
  • Online purchases returned in store will follow in-store return policy.
  • Store purchases cannot be returned by mail.
  • Except as provided by applicable state law, store credits, gift cards and the purchase of Fashion Insider Cards are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Wet Seal reserves the right to limit the number of returns.

In Addition to the above Return Policy Guidelines please note the following:

Online Purchases Returned By Mail:

  • Email: customerservice@wetseal.com (subject line: RMA) or call 866-SHOPWETSEAL (866-746-7938) to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of the invoice generated date. Holiday Returns: Returns for purchases made between 11/01/15 and 12/24/15 will be accepted through 01/16/16.
  • Complete the form below and enclose it with your returned merchandise. We recommend you insure the package and obtain a method of tracking.  Return shipping will not be refunded.
  • Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package. Returns that do not have a RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender (at sender’s expense).
  • Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment.  Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.

Online Purchases Returned In Store

  • Online purchases returned in store will follow the store return policy (see below):

Buy In Store – Ship To Home:

  • Purchases made in store cannot be returned by mail.  Items must be returned to one of our Wet Seal stores.
  • Purchases will follow in-store return policy

Store Return Policy:

  • Store returns made within 14 days of purchase date will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
  • Store returns made between 15 and 30 days of purchase will be accepted for merchandise credit or exchange only. Holiday Returns: Returns for purchases made between 11/01/15 and 12/24/15 (after 14 days of purchase) will be accepted through 01/16/16 for exchange of merchandise credit only.
  • Online purchases made with with Paypal or Amazon will be accepted for Merchandise Credit only.

Please Note:  Wet Seal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
