Ordering

How do I order online?
Add items to your shopping bag by clicking on the first item you wish to purchase. Choose the color, size, and quantity you want then click add to shopping bag. After reviewing your purchase, you can continue shopping by clicking on a category or click start checkout. You will be asked for your shipping information, which is the address you wish to have the package shipped to. You will also be asked for your billing information, which is the address where your monthly credit card statement is sent. Your billing address must match what the card issuer has on file. You will need to select your shipping method prior to entering your credit card information. If this is a gift, please be sure to include a message. Enter your credit card information on the payment detail page and click on continue. Now double-check your order and click on complete checkout to submit your order. You will receive an on screen receipt and an e-mail order confirmation will follow shortly. Make sure you write down your confirmation number just in case you need to reference it later.

How to order by phone?
Please call us toll-free at 1.866.SHOPWETSEAL (1-866-746-7938). Please have the eight-digit style number, color, and size requested available for each item you wish to order.

Can I fax or mail in an order?
Sorry, at this time, we are unable to process orders by mail or fax.

How do I cancel an order?
Please call 1-866-746-7938 to cancel your order.

Having trouble placing an order?
*Please double-check your billing information to make sure it matches exactly what the bank has on file.

*Please make sure your enter your correct credit card information.

*Please make sure your zip code is entered correctly.

*Please make sure you avoid using symbols such as comma?s, semi-colon, periods, etc.

How can I check on the status of my orders?
When your order has been submitted, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. You can also view the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on order status.

What does it mean when my order is under "Authorization Review "?
We take great pride in our effort to prevent Internet theft. In our effort to prevent the unauthorized use of our customer's credit cards, we have a strict authorization review program. There are several reasons why an account will show under authorization review status. There may be a problem with the billing information, the shipping address, and/or we are having trouble contacting your credit card issuer. We will make every effort to ensure prompt investigation of these instances and process your order in a timely manner.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
In most cases the items are packed and shipped out to you within 24 hours of us receiving your order. Orders will generally be shipped within one business day, unless for some reason an item has become unavailable or if we need to contact you to verify some aspect of your order. You will receive two e-mails after you have placed an order with us and provided a valid e-mail address. The first confirms your order has been submitted (your order confirmation # will be included) and the second confirms that your order has been shipped.
