1. When will winners be notified?

   A: winners will be notified by 3/15/11.

2. How will winners be notified?

   A: winners will be notified via email. An email will be sent to the address that was used to create your SWAGG account.

3. If I am selected as a winner, how long after I am notified will it take for the money to be in my account?

   A: You will receive your Wet Seal SWAGG Gift within 5 days after you have been notified.

4. Where do I go in the SWAGG app to find my account?

   A: Just open the SWAGG app, go to the CARDS section to see your Wet Seal SWAGG GIFT waiting for you.

5. How do I use the money in my account?

   A: Just open the SWAGG app, go to the CARDS section, select the Wet Seal SWAGG GIFT. Then select use in store and show the card to the cashier at checkout to redeem.

6. What do I do if I was notified to be a winner, but I never received money in my account?

   A: Call 1-877-SO-SWAGG

7. Can I redeem my money online at www.wetseal.com?

   A: No, you need to redeem the money in your account at a Wet Seal store near you.

8. Can I trade the money in my account for a different gift card?

   A: No, you can only use the money from this sweepstakes at Wet Seal.

9. I live in New York or Puerto Rico and entered the contest. Can I win?

   A: No, New York and Puerto Rico are ineligible for this sweepstakes.

10. How old do I have to be to enter and win?

    You must be 18 or older to create a SWAGG account, but you only have to be 13 or older to enter and win.

11. Do I have to do anything if I win?

    A: If you win $600 or more, then you will be required to fill out a W-9 form for the IRS.

12. How long do I have to use the money in my account?

    A: The funds will remain in your account indefinitely.
